The border itself is a different story, but inland checkpoints are
unconstitutional violations of the Fourth Amendment and have been
ruled so on many occasions, yet they continue.
The first part of this video is of a couple, hilariously and
heroically, resisting a search at an unconstitutional inland
checkpoint.
